The role involves developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional designs, and increasing user adoption through effective change management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Salesforce Field Service training programs
  • Create instructional designs using Agile methods
  • Implement eLearning and Al assistants for user support
  • Standardize job aids and modernize resource sites
  • Increase user adoption and satisfaction through effective change management

Skills

  • Experience in Salesforce Integration & Training
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service and training creation for classroom and remote settings
  • Proficient in Instructional Design & Agile Project Management
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Developing and managing Al assistants
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
