Legal innovation is core to AngelList’s strategy, enabling breakthrough products like Rolling Funds and RUVs. You’ll partner directly with product, engineering, and business teams to structure and launch new financial tools for GPs, LPs, and founders—working at the intersection of venture capital, fintech, and SaaS.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role, you’ll serve as embedded counsel to product teams across the lifecycle, advise on regulatory implications under securities, privacy, and compliance frameworks, and draft foundational legal documents for investor tools. You’ll also design scalable legal processes that enable product velocity while ensuring compliance in a zero-margin-for-error environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ideal candidate has deep experience counseling on fintech, venture capital, or SaaS platforms, strong working knowledge of securities and privacy law, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous product environments.
