Attorney Relations CSR Level I - State Docket Team

Making sure attorneys are performing to standard. <span style="text-indent: 0in;">The Attorney Relations State Docket CSR will report directly to the Attorney Relations Supervisor.</span></span></p><p class="Bullet" style="text-indent: 0.0in;"> </p><p class="Bullet" style="text-indent: 0.0in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound phone calls</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding a traffic citation and input that information into the computer system</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and properly notifying Supervisor/Manager</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To precisely input any information given by courts or attorneys into the computer system</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To properly complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To zero out docket weekly</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To perform other duties as assigned by team lead/Supervisor when needed</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Paycom system</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 14pt;
